Lagrangian intersections in contact geometry ( First draft )

چکیده
A contactomorphism is a diffeomorphism ψ : M → M which preserves the contact structure ξ. This means that ψα = eα for some smooth function h : M → . A contact isotopy is a smooth family of contactomorphisms ψs : M → M such that ψ sα = e sα for all s. Any such isotopy with ψ0 = id and h0 = 0 is generated by Hamiltonian functions Hs : M → as follows. Each Hamiltonian function Hs determines a Hamiltonian vector field Xs = XHs = Xα,Hs : M → TM via

Lagrangian Submanifolds in Hyperkähler Manifolds, Legendre Transformation
We develop the foundation of the complex symplectic geometry of Lagrangian subvarieties in a hyperkähler manifold. We establish a characterization, a Chern number inequality, topological and geometrical properties of Lagrangian submanifolds. We discuss a category of Lagrangian subvarieties and its relationship with the theory of Lagrangian intersection. We also introduce and study extensively a...
متن کاملCoisotropic Intersections
In this paper we make the first steps towards developing a theory of intersections of coisotropic submanifolds, similar to that for Lagrangian submanifolds. For coisotropic submanifolds satisfying a certain stability requirement we establish persistence of coisotropic intersections under Hamiltonian diffeomorphisms, akin to the Lagrangian intersection property. To be more specific, we prove tha...
متن کاملModeling Multiple–Vehicle Property Damage Collisions in Urban Signalized Intersections
Development of disaggregate models for estimating different property damage collision type frequencies in urban intersections has rarely been studied, particularly in Iran. It seems very little research work being implemented for studying the effect factors on collision type frequency at intersections. The main objective of this paper is to develop suitable statistical models to predict types o...
متن کاملField-Aligned Interpolation for Semi-Lagrangian Gyrokinetic Simulations
This work is devoted to the study of field-aligned interpolation in semi-Lagrangian codes. In the context of numerical simulations of magnetic fusion devices, this approach is motivated by the observation that gradients of the solution along the magnetic field lines are typically much smaller than along a perpendicular direction. In toroidal geometry, field-aligned interpolation consists of a 1...
